We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Deckhand Supply. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions for returns:

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.  

Certain items, such as sale or discontinued items, are not eligible for return.

Customer Responsibility for Shipping Costs:

Initial Shipping: The cost of shipping the order to you is non-refundable.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All items marked 'Sale' and/or 'Clearance' are considered final sale and non-refundable.

INSTRUCTIONS

Confirm product has not been used. In event it has been removed from any shipping packaging material, repack carefully and include additional protective material if necessary

If repacked haphazardly, damage will occur while in transit, which will result in either a restock fee or refusal of the return.

 A thorough inspection is performed on all returns. This review process is about 5 to 10 business days. A return confirmation will be emailed with your refund result. Once a refund is issued, it may take up to 10 days to reflect on your billing statement.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping fees, Service fees, and Surcharges are non-refundable if the product has shipped.
